Barlow Sheet Metal Ltd established in 1974, specialise in precision sheet metal fabrications for the electronics and electro-mechanical industry sectors, working to the Full Approval of BS EN 9001:2015.

A 20,000 sq ft modern factory unit houses high technology plant and equipment working with Mietrak – multi user computerised production control system using barcode work flow management.

Our CNC programming department is able to receive data in cad format via our broadband connection enabling the customer to supply information quickly and without the cost and time of supplying drawings.

Technology does not take the place of personal customer service however, our Customer Service department is always available to discuss individual requirements in detail prior to estimates ranging from proto-types to full production quantities.

Our success has indeed been built on high levels of involvement with our customers from idea to design and through to prototype and finished product. Thus ensuring effective solutions are achieved to maximum quality and cost effectiveness of finished product.

With the use of our dedicated 5500 sq ft storage warehouse, we are fully conversant in working with Fax-ban, Kan-ban and just in time customer requirements with accurate and considered capacity planning, with stockholding on flexible scheduled call off via delivery by our transport or recognised carrier.

The Company can also offer a full and comprehensive range of finishing ( ie.painting, plating etc) to fulfil customer’s requirements via our controlled network of excellent sub- contractors.
