• Generally, Barlow have consistently delivered very well-made components and are a pleasure to deal with in every instance. You are flexible, as helpful as you can be to reach critical dates and always explain why you can't if it's not possible. Delivery packaging is perfectly adequate, parts are never damaged due to poor packaging. Andy Sankey is diligent and always gets back to me when I need him to. His receipt and order taking / paperwork generation is great, we have come to rely on it now. Quality issues we have had have generally been with external finishers etc. (painters usually) so Barlow aren't really at fault; based on the reliability of product, I am sure Barlow always communicate with their suppliers correctly. Quality is always high, and for the price is unbeatable. We use another supplier for some security but I have no issues in mentioning that Barlow are our preference mainly because of the service, quality and cost. As we have a design centre in-house, we have not used Barlow's services. However, it's good to know that we can request such assistance if it is needed. October 23
